We are pleased to announce that our latest paper on sub-electron noise CMOS image sensors has been accepted for publication at the upcoming Pixel2024 workshop! 📜
Low-light imaging applications, such as astronomy and microscopy, require very low-noise image sensors. In this paper, titled ‘Survey of sub-electron noise CMOS image sensors’ presented by Prayag Wakale, we review publications reporting noise figures close to 0.3 electrons (rms) or lower 🔬🛰🌌
To learn more about these developments, including an outlook on recent advancements at Caeleste BV, be sure to register for the Eleventh International Workshop on Semiconductor Pixel Detectors for Particles and Imaging (Pixel2024), taking place from 18-22 November 2024 at the Collège Doctoral Européen, University of Strasbourg, France!
