Project Manager

As our new Project Manager at Caeleste, you are part of a talented, multidisciplinary engineering team and you will play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation image sensors.

Your main responsibilities include:

-       Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high standards of quality in deliverables while managing scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks. 

-       Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external partners.

-       Organize regular internal/external project meetings between Caeleste and the customer.

-       Collaborate with Business Development and the Management Team to initiate and plan new projects.

-       Provide regular, clear, and accurate project status updates—anticipating potential challenges and proposing effective mitigation strategies.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled professional who brings the following:

-       A master’s degree or PhD in (Micro)Electronics Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Nanotechnology or a related field.

-       Solid experience in project management, preferably in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.

-       A strategic mindset with the ability to manage evolving project scopes, foresee risks, and develop contingency plans.

-       Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

-       Sound business acumen and a drive to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

-       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support effective project execution.

-       Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences for clarity and impact.
