HR Manager

Your role

• You are responsible for the HR strategy in line with Caeleste’s vision, mission and goals.

• You manage the HR team in order to optimize, design and implement the HR strategy.

• As HR Manager, you are part of the management team and report directly to the CEO and are the sparring partner of the management team. You have direct impact on the ins and outs of Caeleste.

• You acknowledge the importance of the career paths of our employees, whereby you focus on recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management and all processes that make employees feel supported by the organization.

• You are the sounding board for employees and management. You are the first-line contact for questions and challenges related to personnel issues.

Your responsibilities

• You define the HR Strategy (training, remuneration, retention, career development, succession planning, sustainability and budget).

• You advise and coach the management team. You act as a sparring partner on training, development and performance management.

• You formulate, document and continuously improve procedures and rules related to the employee journey.

• You ensure correct payroll and benefit administration, and make decisions in complex cases.

• You maintain and expand your external network by building valuable partnerships to stay up to date with the necessary regulations and trends.

You translate them towards the Caeleste context.

Your profile

• Proven work experience as HR Generalist

• You combine a strategic vision in HR with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.

• You have a good understanding of Belgian (and European) social legislation.

• With your social flair and charisma, you manage to inspire and energize people at all levels.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
